Welcome to COALA-LiVE. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the COALA-LiVE service ("Service") operated by K-garoo Works ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and the updated version will become effective when posted on this page unless stated otherwise.

1. Description of the Service

COALA-LiVE provides AI-powered real-time meeting assistance for online communication. Features may include speech transcription, translation, contextual response suggestions, meeting guidance, and related assistance during live conversations.

The Service is designed to support users in global online meetings, job interviews, and educational environments. We may add, remove, or modify features as the Service evolves.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that your use complies with all applicable laws, regulations, workplace rules, school policies, and institutional requirements.

3. Meeting Permissions and User Responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use the Service and any content generated by the Service. In particular, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of COALA-LiVE in any meeting, interview, classroom, or other live session is permitted.

Obtain any notices, permissions, or consents required for transcription, translation, recording, or AI assistance.
Follow all applicable laws, organizational policies, and instructions from the meeting host or institution.
Independently review and decide whether to use any AI-generated suggestion, translation, summary, or response.

COALA-LiVE is not responsible for decisions, statements, or actions taken by users based on AI-generated output.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Usage Minutes

COALA-LiVE may offer subscription-based access to certain features. Subscription plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Base subscription minutes reset each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next month.
Additional usage minutes ("Boost") may roll over while you maintain an active subscription.
If your subscription ends, is canceled, or lapses, you may lose access to any accumulated Boost minutes.

You are responsible for any charges associated with your chosen plan and any applicable taxes or payment provider fees, unless otherwise stated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Impersonate another individual or misrepresent your identity or authority.
Disrupt, manipulate, or interfere with meetings, communications, or the normal operation of the Service.
Use the Service in a way that violates the policies of an employer, institution, meeting host, or platform provider.

6. AI Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate meeting assistance, summaries, translations, and suggested responses. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or inappropriate in certain contexts.

COALA-LiVE does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, legality, or suitability of AI-generated outputs. All AI-generated content is provided for informational assistance only, and you remain solely responsible for reviewing and deciding whether and how to use it.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable access to the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party outages, or events outside our reasonable control.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, used the Service unlawfully, or created risk or harm to the Service, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, COALA-LiVE and K-garoo Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

This includes damages relating to business decisions, meeting outcomes, employment opportunities, educational results, communication misunderstandings, or reliance on AI-generated outputs.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Language

The English version of these Terms is the legally binding version. Any translated version is provided for convenience only. In the event of any inconsistency, the English version will control.
